My vote is for Shane. I'm sorry it is really early in the game, and Tom, Lisi and Elisabeth have just made a better impression on me. You are the least active of the five of us, and I'm sure with time you would have become more active, but at this stage in the game I just can't see any benefit in voting anyone else out.
